What You’ll Do

As a Data Analyst working with our Confidential Client, you will transform raw data into clear, actionable insights that inform business decisions and product development. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Write efficient SQL queries and produce repeatable reports and dashboards
• Build visualizations and interactive dashboards using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Use Python or R for data analysis, statistical modeling, and automation of routine tasks
• Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define KPIs and translate requirements into measurable outcomes
• Monitor data quality and implement processes to prevent and resolve data issues
• Present findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences using clear visual and written communication

What We’re Looking For

Minimum qualifications we expect from successful candidates:

• 1–3 years of experience in a Data Analyst, BI, or similar role (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in SQL for extracting and manipulating data
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Familiarity with Python or R for data wrangling and analysis
• Strong Excel skills for ad-hoc analysis and reporting
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to present insights to stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Past experience in SaaS, tech, or product analytics
• Knowledge of statistical testing and A/B test analysis
• SQL performance tuning and query optimization experience

Work Location & Employment Type

• Employment type: Full-time
• Location: United States (role may require occasional travel or collaboration across time zones)
