What You’ll Do

As a Data Analyst working with a Confidential Client in Healthcare Technology, you will transform raw data into actionable insights that support product, operations, and clinical decision-making.

• Analyze healthcare and operational datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
• Build, maintain, and validate dashboards and reports for cross-functional partners
• Write repeatable SQL queries and support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and clinical teams to translate business questions into data-driven solutions
• Communicate findings clearly, both visually and in writing, to non-technical stakeholders
• Support ad-hoc analyses and measurement of key performance metrics and experiments

What We’re Looking For

We seek an entry-level Data Analyst who is curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets in a fast-moving healthcare-technology environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Healthcare Analytics, or related field — or equivalent practical experience
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and basic modeling
• Experience creating dashboards or visualizations (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple analyses in parallel

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Python or R for data analysis and scripting
• Prior exposure to healthcare data (claims, EHR, clinical metrics) or regulated environments
• Knowledge of basic statistical methods and experiment analysis
• Experience working with data warehouses or cloud analytics platforms (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
