What You’ll Do

As a Data Analyst working with our Confidential Client, you will turn raw data into actionable insights that help business teams make better decisions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand needs, design reports and dashboards, and deliver accurate, timely analysis.

• Translate business questions into data requirements and analytical approaches
• Build, maintain, and automate regular reports and dashboards
• Clean, validate, and enrich datasets to ensure accuracy and usability
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities
• Communicate findings clearly — create visualizations and present recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, product, etc.) to support data-driven initiatives

Qualifications (Must have)

• 1+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role (entry-to-mid level)
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to data quality and detail
• Experience producing reports and presenting insights to business partners
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned analysis projects

Preferred (Nice to have)

• Experience working in a staffing, recruiting, or services-oriented environment
• Prior experience supporting remote or distributed teams across time zones
• Familiarity with common BI/reporting tools and data visualization best practices

Skills & Tools

• Strong spreadsheet skills (advanced Excel or equivalent)
• Comfortable writing clear, well-documented queries and reports
• Good verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Employment type: Contract (CONTRACTOR)
• Location: United States (candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S.)
