What You’ll Do

As a Data Analyst working with our Confidential Client in Tempe, AZ, you will turn data into actionable supply-chain insights that influence operations and strategic decisions. You'll build reports and dashboards, perform data validation and analysis, and partner closely with supply chain stakeholders to improve performance.

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, and executive reports
• Translate business requirements into reports, visualizations, and analytics solutions
• Write and maintain SQL queries and transformations to prepare data for reporting
• Automate recurring reports and dashboard refreshes to improve operational efficiency
• Analyze data across sources to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps
• Support root-cause investigations and recommend actionable improvements
• Validate data quality through audits, testing, and reconciliation activities
• Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders and support KPI development
• Research and evaluate new BI and AI-assisted analytics tools for adoption

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant analytical experience
• Solid Power BI skills (dashboard development, data modeling, DAX, Power Query, visualization best practices)
• Foundational to intermediate SQL experience for querying and data transformations
• Understanding of relational databases and data modeling concepts
• Experience building KPI scorecards and operational reports
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
• Experience validating data quality and ensuring reporting accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to supply chain functions (procurement, sourcing, inventory, logistics, supplier management)
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP ECC
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake)
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps
• Course or project experience with statistical analysis, forecasting, trend analysis, or predictive analytics
• Interest in AI-assisted analytics and reporting tools
