Role overview

Confidential Client is hiring a Data Analyst in Saint Louis, MO. In this role you will collect, analyze, and present data from multiple sources to support operational and clinical decision-making. You’ll produce analytical and statistical reports, reconcile datasets for accuracy, provide ad-hoc analyses, and help staff interpret results to drive quality improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Compile regular analytical and statistical reports from multiple data sources.
• Define and recommend report scope, format, and delivery cadence.
• Produce ad-hoc management and operational reports on request.
• Review and reconcile data for accuracy; identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Partner with stakeholders to explain reports and train staff on how to access and interpret data.
• Identify trends, surface insights, and make recommendations for process and quality improvements.

Minimum qualifications

• Education: High school diploma with 2 years relevant experience OR an Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of applicable, job-specific experience.
• Experience: ~2 years of data analysis or reporting experience preferred (per source).
• Required credentials: None specified.
• Core skills and attributes:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data work.
  • Ability to translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication for working with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working with multiple data sources and reconciling inconsistencies.

• Prior experience in healthcare data, clinical or hospital settings.
• Familiarity with common reporting workflows and producing management-level reports.
• Demonstrated ability to support end-users in interpreting data and reports.
