What You’ll Do

The Confidential Client is hiring a Data & Reporting Analyst to deliver accurate, timely reporting and actionable analytics that support business decisions. This is a remote opportunity across the United States.

• Own and produce recurring and ad-hoc reports and dashboards that track key business metrics.
• Translate business questions into data requirements and deliver clear, usable analyses for stakeholders.
• Build and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines to ensure high data quality and availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, operations, marketing, finance) to define metrics and measurement approaches.
• Validate and troubleshoot data discrepancies; recommend fixes and process improvements.
• Automate reporting where possible to reduce manual effort and increase consistency.
• Document data sources, definitions, and reporting logic to maintain transparency.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum qualifications:

• 2+ years producing analytics, reports, or dashboards in a professional setting.
• Strong data literacy — able to analyze results and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with relational data and writing queries to extract and transform data.
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple requests and deliver on deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

• Experience designing dashboards and visualizations that drive business outcomes.
