What You’ll Do

This is an entry-level / junior Data Analyst role for a Confidential Client. You will work on data preparation, reporting, and visualization tasks that support business decisions and product teams.

• Work with stakeholders to understand questions and translate them into data requirements
• Clean, transform, and validate datasets using SQL and Python or Excel
• Build routine and ad-hoc reports and dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
• Produce visualizations and summaries that explain trends and key metrics
• Support data quality checks and document data sources and processes
• Assist with automation of repetitive reporting tasks and basic ETL steps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn analysis into actionable recommendations

What We’re Looking For

Candidates should demonstrate analytical curiosity and basic technical skills. This role is ideal for recent grads, career changers, or professionals moving from operations into data roles.

• 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships, coursework, or project work welcome)
• Proficiency with SQL for querying and joining datasets
• Basic Python (pandas) or strong Excel skills for data manipulation
• Familiarity with a BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to data quality
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, or a related field preferred but not required

Preferred / Nice-to-have

• Experience building dashboards and end-user reports
• Knowledge of data cleaning techniques and basic statistics
• Exposure to Git, Jupyter, or cloud data tools (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Portfolio of small projects or coursework demonstrating applied analytics

• Estimated pay: $109,290 per year (estimated)
