Data Analyst
The Data Analyst at Confidential Client is responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and validating data related to managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud services, and client technology operations. This full-time remote role involves building reports, investigating trends, and clearly communicating findings to managers and stakeholders to support business and research objectives.

What You’ll Do
- Collect and organize data, requirements, and research information related to managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud services, technical support, implementations, systems, and client technology operations.
- Clean, validate, and review records for missing information, inconsistencies, and anomalous values.
- Build and maintain reports, trackers, summaries, process maps, and analysis files appropriate to business and operations teams.
- Investigate trends, exceptions, workflow gaps, and research findings; document conclusions and recommended next steps.
- Explain findings and requirements in concise updates to managers, clients, and project stakeholders.
- Maintain clear source notes, definitions, and analytical documentation to ensure reproducibility and data quality.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong analytical and business-analysis skills, with comfort working in spreadsheets and structured data.
- Careful attention to source quality, calculations, definitions, and documentation.
- Ability to explain findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable internet access for remote work.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check is required.
Work Arrangement & Compensation
- Employment type: Full-time
- Work arrangement: 100% Remote — United States
- Experience level: Associate
- Base salary: $90,000 - $98,000 per year (range provided by Confidential Client; final pay will be based on skills and experience)
