What You’ll Do

  • Support document processing workflows for private market LP documents (capital account statements, capital call/distribution notices, PCAPs), ensuring accurate intake and timely movement through tooling and pipelines.
  • Monitor automated outputs, triage exceptions and anomalies, and escalate or resolve issues in coordination with senior operations staff.
  • Reconcile extracted data against source documents and resolve conflicting data points to ensure high data quality for client deliverables.
  • Become a subject matter resource for private market data points (cost basis, valuations, operating metrics), supporting enrichment and manipulation of asset-level data.
  • Perform analyses on data trends and patterns to inform product improvements, automation opportunities, and process changes.
  • Identify and document technology/process improvements; capture operational logic, workflow rules, and exception-handling procedures for cross-team knowledge sharing.
  • Coordinate across onshore and offshore delivery teams to ensure accurate, on-schedule execution.
  • Prepare operational summaries and data-quality reports to support client-facing teams and onboarding efforts.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1+ years experience in fund operations, fund administration, private markets data, or related financial services roles (relevant internships considered).
  • Familiarity with private markets concepts including capital calls, distributions, asset-level data (cost basis, valuations), and fund financial statements.
  • Process-oriented, highly organized, and capable of self-managing in a hybrid or remote/hybrid environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality, auditable data.
  • Clear communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across time zones and with product, engineering, and data teams.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and navigating fast-paced, evolving operational problems.
  • Comfortable working with structured data in Excel (required); exposure to SQL or analytics platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $70,000 - $100,000 + Bonus.
