What You’ll Do
Confidential client is hiring a Data Analyst to join their analytics team in Princeton, NJ. This is an early-career to intermediate role focused on turning business questions into data-driven answers and actionable insights.
- Analyze and interpret structured and unstructured data to answer business questions and measure program performance
- Clean, transform, and validate datasets to ensure high data quality
- Build clear, repeatable reports and dashboards to support stakeholders
- Use Python and familiar analytics practices to automate routine analyses
- Collaborate with engineers, product, and business teams to define requirements and deliver analyses
- Communicate findings with clear visualizations and concise recommendations
Qualifications (Minimum)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline (required)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and comfort working with data
- Experience using Python for data manipulation and analysis (or equivalent programming experience)
- Ability to create clear visualizations and present results to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
