What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking an entry-level Data Analyst to support business reporting, data validation, and decision-making. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with data, spotting trends, and converting raw information into clear insights.

• Collect, organize, clean, and analyze structured data from multiple sources
• Use SQL and spreadsheet tools to retrieve, manipulate, and analyze data
• Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, summaries, and data visualizations
• Identify trends, patterns, inconsistencies, and opportunities within datasets
• Validate data accuracy and investigate discrepancies or unusual results
• Support business teams with ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests
• Translate business questions into clear analytical approaches
• Document analysis methods, assumptions, and findings
• Communicate analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvements in reporting and data processes

Qualifications

Required

• 0–2 years of relevant experience (including internships, co-op, academic projects, or equivalent)
• Foundational knowledge of data analysis concepts and techniques
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or comparable spreadsheet tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to organize information and manage multiple priorities
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in an on-site team environment
• Willingness to learn new data tools and technologies

Preferred

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or another BI platform
• Exposure to Python, R, or another programming language used for analysis
• Familiarity with relational databases and basic data modeling concepts
• Experience creating dashboards, reports, or data visualizations
• Familiarity with basic statistics and analytical methods
• Experience working with large or complex datasets
• Coursework or project experience in analytics, statistics, computer science, business analytics, mathematics, economics, or related fields

Compensation & Benefits

• Anticipated salary range: $60,000–$80,000 per year (market-based recommendation; final offer confirmed against the employer’s approved compensation range)
• Benefits and additional compensation provided according to employer program terms and eligibility

Work Arrangement

• This is an on-site position in Pennsylvania (PA). Candidates should be prepared to work from the designated worksite on a regular basis.
