What You’ll Do

This is an entry-level Data Analyst / AML Analyst contract role supporting a Confidential Client in the banking industry. You will work onsite in Orlando, FL as part of a centralized, high-performing team focused on data review, controls, and regulatory operational risk.

• Support data review and validation across multiple systems to enable due diligence, transaction monitoring, fraud investigations, grants management, validations, PMO activities, and controls testing.
• Assist with planning and executing project-related tasks: coordinate meetings, manage requests, maintain deliverable schedules, and review outputs for accuracy and proper formatting.
• Communicate with team members and stakeholders across geographies using virtual collaboration tools to ensure timely project delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies and procedures to meet KPIs and compliance expectations.
• Help identify and document AI use cases to improve quality and productivity.
• Support SOP development and training initiatives; escalate and resolve project issues with guidance from senior analysts.
• Demonstrate professional integrity and contribute positively to the team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Preferred experience in one or more of: financial services, retail banking, controls testing, project management, data validation, or grants management.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); strong Excel skills preferred.
• Ability to draft, proofread, and analyze reports from various databases and software tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present ideas clearly with narratives and simple diagrams.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a target-driven environment and collaborate effectively with teammates.
• Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour (base hourly compensation shown in the posting).
• Contract duration: 12–18 months (onsite).
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
• Benefits (subject to eligibility and client policies): medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, long-term disability, short-term disability, paid time off and holidays, and paid parking/public transportation support (where applicable).
