What You’ll Do

This is an entry-level, onsite Data Analyst role based in Orlando, FL. You will support data analytics, regulatory operations, and transaction monitoring for the Confidential Client. Typical responsibilities include:

• Review, analyze, and validate data across multiple systems and applications.
• Support Retail AML and Transaction Monitoring activities; training provided.
• Assist with project planning and execution: coordinate meetings, track requests, and maintain deliverables.
• Prepare and review reports and project deliverables for accuracy and proper formatting.
• Support data validation, fraud investigations, controls testing, and regulatory risk activities.
• Help develop process improvements and identify opportunities to improve quality and productivity through technology and AI.
• Assist in creating SOPs, training materials, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders across locations.
• Manage multiple assignments and priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Work closely with senior team members to identify and resolve operational issues.

Who We’re Looking For

This role is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals building a career in analytics and financial services.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when working with data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Team-oriented with good collaboration skills.
• Quick learner who can adapt to new systems, processes, and business concepts.

Nice to have

• Interest in AML, transaction monitoring, fraud detection, or regulatory operations.
• Any exposure to basic data tools or visualization is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour.
• Employment type: Full-time, Onsite.
• Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Work location: Orlando, FL (onsite).
