What You’ll Do

This on-site operations Data Analyst role supports an assigned warehouse/operation and is the primary data liaison to the client. You will turn operational data into clear, timely reports and insights that help optimize throughput, labor and space utilization.

• Analyze operational data and monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Prepare and present recurring customer-facing operational reports.
• Maintain a deep understanding of warehouse workflows to provide accurate status updates.
• Collaborate with Operations to identify and resolve bottlenecks and data discrepancies.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize space, labor and equipment utilization.
• Serve as the data-focused point of contact for the customer and support business review meetings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Data Analysis, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or data analysis.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic data visualization).
• Proven ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working on-site in a warehouse environment (temperature variations; ability to walk/stand regularly).
• Willingness to work overtime as business needs dictate.

Skills & Tools

• Strong Excel / spreadsheet proficiency (pivot tables, lookup functions, charts).
• Experience extracting and analyzing data from Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Familiarity with operational reporting and KPI tracking.
• Basic math/analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Compensation & Benefits

• Expected base pay range: $65,000 – $70,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and location in accordance with applicable laws.
• Benefits and eligibility details are provided by the Confidential Client and may vary by location and division.

Physical & Work Environment

• Work is performed in a warehouse (not air conditioned) with mild to moderate temperature variation.
• Physical demands include walking/standing frequently; occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling of 21–50 pounds; reaching above shoulder, squatting, or kneeling.
• ESD / composite toe boots may be required.
• Reasonable accommodations available for qualified individuals with disabilities.
