What You’ll Do

The Confidential Client is seeking an entry-level Data Analyst to turn data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders. You will support recurring and ad hoc analysis across business topics, build visualizations, and help the company make data-driven decisions.

• Understand day-to-day business questions that can be answered with data
• Compile, clean, and analyze datasets to surface trends and root causes
• Build clear visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Deliver recurring reports and respond to ad hoc analysis requests from the business
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve data collection and reporting processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or equivalent experience
• 1–2 years of hands-on data analysis experience (internships or full-time)
• Proficient in SQL for data extraction and transformation
• Experience creating data visualizations (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication — able to present technical findings to business audiences
