Role overview

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Data Analyst to support linear and digital advertising analytics on the Analytics & Insights team. This role is based in New York, NY and is an excellent opportunity for someone who is comfortable with Excel, curious about advanced TV and digital ad measurement, and eager to grow into advertising analytics.

What You’ll Do

You will support reporting, forecasting, and analytic needs for TV and digital advertising. Typical responsibilities include:

  • Craft reports and analyses for advanced TV and digital campaigns
  • Maintain and forecast linear television viewership metrics
  • Use first- and third-party data to update marketing collateral and analytics materials
  • Execute ad-hoc analytical projects and respond to requests from stakeholders
  • Present clear, data-backed findings in PowerPoint and other internal materials

Qualifications

We welcome entry-level candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, charts)
  • Comfortable creating presentations in PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage routine forecasting tasks
  • Good verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams

Preferred, but not required:

  • Experience with Nielsen NPower, comScore TV Essentials, or Star Media

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field (required)
