What You’ll Do

This entry-level Data Analyst will turn data into clear, actionable insights that inform business decisions. You'll run recurring and ad-hoc analyses, build visualizations, and partner with business stakeholders to answer operational questions.

• Understand day-to-day business questions and identify how data can help
• Compile, clean, and analyze datasets to address business problems
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data
• Produce clear visualizations and reports to communicate findings
• Support recurring reporting and create ad‑hoc analyses for stakeholders
• Validate data quality and document analysis methods
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize analysis requests

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or equivalent experience
• 1–2 years of hands-on data analysis experience
• Proficient in SQL
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to present data-driven recommendations

Nice to Have

• Experience creating dashboards or visualizations (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) — preferred, not required
• Familiarity with basic statistical methods and data-cleaning best practices
• Prior exposure to consulting or client-facing environments
