What You’ll Do

This entry-level Data Analyst role will help turn raw data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders. You will:

  • Analyze large, multi-source datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports that inform decision-making across teams.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data.
  • Develop repeatable data processes and automations to improve reporting reliability and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements, translate needs into technical solutions, and deliver accurate analytics.
  • Perform data quality checks and troubleshoot discrepancies; implement corrective actions to improve data integrity.
  • Communicate findings clearly, both verbally and in writing, to technical and non-technical audiences.

What We’re Looking For

Candidates should demonstrate solid analytical fundamentals and a willingness to learn in a collaborative environment:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience working with SQL to query and manipulate data.
  • Familiarity with a scripting or analytic language (Python or similar).
  • Basic experience creating dashboards or visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to validating data.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for presenting insights to stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to improve processes and automation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship or project experience building dashboards and reports for business users.
  • Exposure to data modeling, ETL concepts, or statistical analysis.
  • Experience working with large, multi-source datasets and understanding of data governance best practices.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting or client-services environment.

  • Python (data manipulation, basic analytics)
