Overview

Confidential Client is hiring an early-career Data Analyst to help build and maintain the centralized data warehouse, extract and validate data from practice management systems, and produce dashboards and reports that enable better business decisions across multi-location healthcare operations. This full-time, associate-level role is based in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale area (FL) and is ideal for recent graduates or analysts with up to 3 years of experience.


What You’ll Do

The Data Analyst will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Marketing) to deliver reliable data and actionable reporting.

  • Assist in designing and maintaining normalized data schemas for operational metrics (production, collections, appointments, treatment starts, and other KPIs)
  • Build and maintain data extraction processes from multiple practice management systems
  • Develop and run validation and reconciliation processes to ensure data completeness and accuracy
  • Write and maintain SQL queries and Python scripts for ETL, validation, and analysis
  • Support development and upkeep of a centralized data warehouse (e.g., BigQuery, Redshift, Azure)
  • Create dashboards and recurring reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau
  • Translate business questions into analyses and clearly communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Document data sources, definitions, ETL logic, and reporting processes
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements to the data infrastructure as the organization scales

What We’re Looking For / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 0–3 years of relevant experience (recent graduates with internships or strong projects encouraged)
  • Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python
  • Experience with data warehouses (Google BigQuery, Amazon Redshift, Microsoft Azure, or similar)
  • Familiarity with BI and visualization tools: Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to validate and reconcile data across multiple sources
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment and able to prioritize work with changing needs
  • Strong written and verbal communication; able to work collaboratively across teams
  • Healthcare, dental, or multi-location business experience is a plus but not required
