What You’ll Do

The Data Analyst, MH&P will partner with Distribution, IT, and operations teams to manage, analyze, and communicate warehouse and distribution data flows. You’ll translate raw system and process data into reliable dashboards, actionable reports, and clear recommendations that support day-to-day operations and longer-term improvements.

  • Acquire, validate, clean, and structure data from primary and secondary sources for analysis.
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies; support descriptive and predictive analytics.
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports (BI tools) that make data accessible to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Create scheduled and ad-hoc reports to address business questions and operational needs.
  • Provide business intelligence to Distribution stakeholders to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with MH&P analysts, process teams, and engineers to support continuous improvement initiatives and measure ROI/ROPI.
  • Configure, maintain, and support WMS and related system data (site configuration, UAT support).
  • Support Körber/HighJump WMS and associated SQL databases, LMS administration, and related distribution tools.
  • Collaborate with IT and vendor partners on tool design, support, and system improvements.
  • Provide occasional off-hours or onsite support as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in data analysis, supply chain, or warehouse/logistics analytics preferred.
  • Experience with distribution systems and tools (experience with Körber/HighJump WMS, SQL databases, Exacta WCS, Easy Metrics, AutoStore strongly preferred).
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with BI/reporting tools and data visualization.
  • Strong data storytelling and reporting skills; ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, prioritization, and organizational skills with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships across functions and vendors.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
  • Flexible schedule and ability to provide occasional off-hours or onsite support (up to ~10% travel) preferred.
  • Ability to lift 10–15 pounds occasionally; reasonable accommodations available.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $80,170 - $100,000 annually (depending on experience).
Bonus: Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to 10% of base salary.

Work Environment & Logistics

  • Remote (TELECOMMUTE) role with standard hours aligned to PST (typical 8:00–5:00 PST); occasional travel or onsite work may be required.
