What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking a Data Analyst to design, implement, and maintain data processes and analyses that support business decisions. This is a full-time, onsite position in Memphis, TN (five days per week).

• Design and implement data and text-mining processes to prepare and transform large, disparate datasets for analysis
• Apply statistical techniques and quantitative methods to identify trends, KPIs, and business opportunities
• Build repeatable analyses and dashboards to inform stakeholders and leadership using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, ETL workflows, and data pipelines
• Prototype models and collaborate with data scientists and engineers on model deployment and monitoring
• Communicate findings and actionable recommendations to cross-functional teams and management
• Document methodologies, assumptions, and data sources; continuously improve data quality and instrumentation
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics, finance, or a related quantitative field — OR equivalent practical experience
• Approximately 2 years of professional experience in measurement and analysis, operations analysis, predictive analytics, or related roles
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale data processing
• Solid analytical ability and comfort with statistical concepts and experimental design
• Good written and verbal communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Programming experience in Python, R, or similar languages
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques, MLOps principles, and model deployment pipelines
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
• Experience building dashboards and visualizations in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Familiarity with production data engineering, unit testing for data, and data governance practices

• Location: Memphis, TN (onsite at a Confidential Client facility)
• Schedule: Full-time, five days per week onsite
• Employment type: FULL_TIME
