What You’ll Do

As an AI Operations & Data Analyst focused on field service operations, you will sit at the intersection of data engineering, business strategy, and AI validation to ensure machine learning models and automated workflows deliver measurable value. You will develop analytics solutions, validate AI outputs, and build visualizations and reports that enable stakeholders to act.

• Deliver reliable reports and data visualizations to required deadlines.
• Develop and implement AI/automation solutions to analyze large, confidential operational datasets.
• Audit and validate AI-generated outputs (LLM summaries, automated customer updates, predictive models) to eliminate hallucinations and ensure operational accuracy.
• Track real-time model reliability, bias mitigation, and accuracy metrics for deployed AI.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into structured data workflows, automation pipelines, and measurable KPIs.
• Design intuitive Tableau/Power BI dashboards and translate complex AI insights into concise narratives for executive stakeholders.
• Create data summaries and present results via presentations, interactive dashboards, and scheduled reporting.
• Partner with engineering teams to scope, test, and deploy high-impact workflow automations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, plus 3+ years of related experience.
• 3+ years in data analytics, operations analytics, or field/print service operations analytics.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, complex formulas).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Domo or equivalent).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain).
• Database experience (Microsoft Access or SQL) and familiarity with Salesforce or Oracle a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a track record of consistent accuracy and meeting reporting deadlines.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire; the employer will not sponsor visas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large enterprise accounts or client-facing delivery.
• Background in field service analytics or predictive modeling for operations.
• Experience validating and monitoring LLM/AI models in production.
• Experience in product/solutions sales or technical client engagements.

Location & Schedule

Melville, NY — Hybrid schedule (in-office Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday; remote options other days unless business needs require additional office presence).

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $69,300 - $103,770 annually.
