This is a hands-on role that partners with IT, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable data assets and reports.

  • Support Master Data Management (Semarchy or similar) platform operations: configuration, releases, match/merge reviews, survivorship exception resolution, and master-record validation.
  • Create and maintain basic ETL scripts and transformation logic to ingest and process master data from source systems.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot MDM data integration pipelines; escalate and coordinate fixes with engineering teams.
  • Document MDM business rules, data mappings, and configuration changes to keep the data dictionary current.
  • Assist onboarding of new source systems into the master domain.
  • Produce content operations analytics using CLI tooling and scripts to extract, profile, and report on content metadata.
  • Automate routine content extraction and reporting workflows to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
  • Contribute to Power BI report development: dashboard design, dataset management, DAX measures, and semantic layer work.
  • Build and maintain reusable SQL/BigQuery views and models that underpin reporting and self-service analytics.
  • Own and expand data validation test suites: row counts, null checks, referential integrity, and business-logic verifications.
  • Provide ad hoc data pulls and analyses for business leaders.
  • Prepare validated datasets for analytic, ML/AI, and evaluation use cases.
  • Share documentation and subject-matter expertise to improve data literacy and reporting practices across the organization.

Accountability Metrics
