What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking a Data Analyst (Medication Assisted Treatment — MAT) to support clinical and program teams with accurate data entry, reporting, and analysis in Fort Pierce, FL. This role will focus on ensuring data quality for MAT services and producing timely reports for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Provide data management services for MAT programs, ensuring timely and accurate entry and maintenance of clinical records.
  • Complete WITS, ASAM and FASAMS interviews, data entry, and associated documentation according to established protocols.
  • Monitor data-entry due dates and accuracy; follow up with clinical staff and stakeholders to resolve missing or inconsistent records.
  • Generate routine and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to inform program performance, compliance, and clinical decision-making.
  • Support data validation, reconciliation, and basic analysis to surface trends, gaps, and opportunities for program improvement.
  • Assist with preparation of required reporting to funders, regulatory bodies, and leadership.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to translate clinical questions into data requirements and actionable metrics.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of the MAT team and broader behavioral health initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health, Public Health, Health Care Administration, Human Services, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in medical, mental health, or behavioral healthcare settings.
  • Experience with WITS, ASAM, or FASAMS workflows is strongly preferred (or demonstrated ability to learn these systems quickly).
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Excel and common office software.
  • Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to manage data accurately under deadlines.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to coordinate with clinicians, program managers, and external stakeholders.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and other applicable privacy regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) programs or addiction recovery services.
  • Experience producing reports for clinical or regulatory stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with basic data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Experience working in a community behavioral health or nonprofit healthcare environment.

Skills & Tools

  • WITS, ASAM, FASAMS (experience or ability to learn)
  • MS Excel (intermediate to advanced)
  • Basic SQL or data querying (a plus)
  • Reporting/dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar — a plus)
  • Strong organizational and customer service orientation

Work Environment & Location

  • This is an on-site position supporting MAT clinical services in Fort Pierce, FL.
  • The role requires collaboration with clinical teams, program managers, and external partners; occasional travel between sites in the region may be required.
