Overview

This listing describes a Data Analyst - Mapping role supporting a confidential client in the IT Services and Business Consulting industry. The position is full-time and 100% onsite in Bothell, WA. Applicants must be local to Bothell and legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Act as a domain expert for mapping and operational data — mine, analyze, and interpret large datasets to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Document analytical requirements, prioritize tasks, and propose process or tooling improvements.
• Build and maintain SQL/Oracle queries, scripts, and dashboards to monitor task progress and operational productivity.
• Use Python or similar languages to prepare, transform, and present data in clear, client-friendly formats.
• Apply statistical methods to analyze trends and generate actionable reports.
• Support evolution of data pipelines to improve throughput and provide near real-time insights.
• Quantify and track solution implementations with before-and-after metrics.
• Identify and drive data quality initiatives and opportunities for automation.
• Collaborate with operations and other analysts to test hypotheses and validate process improvements.
• Ensure scripts and data-management practices follow internal best practices and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required.
• Professional experience with SQL and/or Oracle; Python programming experience preferred.
• Experience building dashboards and operational reports; familiarity with data pipelines and automation a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be located locally in Bothell, WA — this role is fully onsite; remote candidates will not be considered.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate: $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Eligible for the client’s discretionary annual incentive program, subject to plan terms.
