What You’ll Do
This role supports management-level decision-making by turning operational data into clear, actionable insights and reliable reporting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to measure performance, identify trends, and build dashboards that inform strategy.
- Own regular and ad-hoc data analysis and reporting to support management decisions
- Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and visualizations (Power BI / Tableau or similar)
- Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources using SQL, spreadsheets, and ETL tools
- Translate business questions into measurable metrics and deliver concise summaries for leadership
- Identify data quality issues and work with stakeholders to remediate them
- Automate recurring reports and document data processes and assumptions
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and product teams to scope analyses and track outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role (Associate-level)
- Strong SQL skills for querying and joining large datasets
- Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets) for modeling and ad-hoc analysis
- Experience building dashboards and visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication — able to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and a bias for shipping accurate, timely insights
Nice to Have
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis and scripting
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) or ETL frameworks
- Prior experience supporting operations or management reporting in a consumer goods or retail environment
