What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking a Data Analyst who turns data into clear, actionable business insights. You will design and maintain reporting, build dashboards, and partner with stakeholders across the organization to support operations and strategic decisions.

• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI
• Use SQL and DAX to prepare, model, and analyze data from the enterprise data warehouse
• Produce recurring and ad-hoc reports to support business operations
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within large datasets
• Troubleshoot reporting environments, databases, and report delivery issues
• Collaborate with leadership and business partners to prioritize reporting needs
• Support reporting-related user requests and resolve data issues promptly
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of organizational data
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field — or equivalent experience
• Strong, demonstrable experience with Power BI and SQL
• Experience working with large datasets and relational databases
• Ability to translate technical findings into clear, business-friendly insights
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; Confidential Client is unable to sponsor work visas at this time

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Data Analyst within healthcare, medical device, or medical equipment manufacturing environments
• Experience with Python for data manipulation or analysis
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong data visualization and presentation experience for business stakeholders
• Familiarity with enterprise data warehouse concepts and ETL processes

Physical Requirements & Travel

• Primarily desk-based work (approximately 90% sitting, 10% standing/walking/bending)
• Occasional travel (under 10%) by air, rail, or automobile as needed
