What You’ll Do

• Collect, clean, and analyze healthcare data from multiple sources to produce accurate reports and insights.
• Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries to extract and analyze data.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance on reporting outputs.
• Support KPI tracking, trend analysis, and recurring performance reports for operational stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business partners to translate reporting needs into actionable measures and dashboards.

What You’ll Need

• 2+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Reporting, or a closely related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
• Working knowledge of SQL and experience writing production queries.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
• Solid understanding of data cleaning, validation, and basic analytics techniques.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver business insights.
