Data Analyst I – JP35096
The Data Analyst I will support a high-visibility project analyzing over 900 regulatory Requests for Information from global health authorities, transforming large datasets into actionable business insights. This role requires advanced Excel skills, strong attention to data integrity, and the ability to develop KPI reports and summary metrics for leadership, working independently in a hybrid work environment.

What You’ll Do
- Review and analyze 900+ Requests for Information (RFIs) from global and regional health authorities covering 2025 through YTD 2026.
- Categorize each RFI using established criteria and taxonomy.
- Compile and normalize information into a standardized tracking dataset.
- Identify recurring themes, trends, and meaningful categories across RFIs.
- Develop summary metrics, dashboards, and KPI reporting for leadership.
- Create a baseline dataset to support comparison with future (2027) health authority feedback.
- Work independently to manage project priorities, timelines, and deliverables with minimal supervision.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required (additional education a plus).
- 1–3 years of relevant data or regulatory analysis experience.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data cleaning).
- Experience with metrics and KPI reporting.
- Familiarity with regulatory data, RFIs, or health authority processes is a strong plus.
- Background in pharmaceutical, biotech, cosmetic, or food manufacturing preferred.
- Knowledge of process improvement and operational excellence principles.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights for business and leadership decision-making.

Compensation & Commitment
- Max bill rate: $54.90 / hour (contract rate as listed).
- Contract duration: Through end of year (temporary/contract engagement).
- Employment type: Contract (full-time hours typical for the assignment).
- Work model: Hybrid — North Chicago, IL (approximately 1 day remote per week, per client guidelines).
