Role summary

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Data Analyst to join a growing data team supporting product, operations, and business stakeholders. This hands-on role focuses on turning marketplace and product data into actionable insights. You will query data, build dashboards, validate metrics, and support experimentation analysis.

What You'll Do

  • Query and analyze data in Snowflake to answer business and product questions
  • Build, maintain and iterate on dashboards and reports (Domo, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Track key marketplace and product metrics; surface trends and anomalies
  • Evaluate experiments and report results, impact, and recommended next steps
  • Partner with product, operations, and business stakeholders to scope analyses and share clear recommendations
  • Validate data quality and document metric definitions to ensure consistency and trust
  • Support ad hoc analysis requests and contribute to ongoing analytics projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Economics) or equivalent experience
  • 0–2 years of experience in analytics work, including internships or coursework
  • Proficiency in SQL; working knowledge of Snowflake
  • Experience with BI/visualization tools such as Domo, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to explain findings to non-technical audiences
  • Able to work in-office in Highland Park / Downtown Dallas area
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Python or R for data analysis
  • Interest or experience with marketplaces, operations, workforce, or logistics data
  • Prior exposure to product analytics and experimentation frameworks

Compensation

  • Base salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year (depending on experience)
