What You’ll Do

• Dive into structured and unstructured data to transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for clients and stakeholders.
• Support machine learning and AI initiatives by preparing data, validating features, and evaluating model outputs.
• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure reliable data flow into analytics and ML environments.
• Collaborate directly with clients and cross-functional teams to understand requirements, extract relevant data, and translate findings into recommendations.
• Research, develop, and test data methodologies; create reproducible analyses and documentation for cross-team use.
• Define and track quantitative and qualitative KPIs to measure program and model performance.
• Present findings through written reports and visual dashboards to non-technical and technical audiences.

What You’ll Need

• 2+ years of professional experience performing data analysis and building data solutions using R, Python, and/or SQL.
• Demonstrated ability to identify new data sources and improve data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
• Experience developing data pipelines and integrating data tools for self-service analytics.
• Proven collaboration with intelligence, analytics, or data science teams.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical ideas clearly.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience with cloud data platforms or data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
• Familiarity with ETL/Orchestration tools (Airflow, dbt) and APIs.
• Dashboarding and visualization experience (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Background in evaluating ML model performance, feature engineering, or model monitoring.
• Prior work in Technology / Information / Internet sectors or client-facing consulting roles.

Location & Work Type

• Telecommute (remote-friendly) — role is listed for the Greater Tampa Bay Area and is open to qualified candidates able to work in the U.S.
• Some client engagements may require overlap with Eastern Time business hours.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
