What You’ll Do

This entry-level Data Analyst role supports a Retail AML (Anti‑Money Laundering) / Transaction Monitoring operation for a confidential client. You will analyze and validate data across multiple systems, support transaction monitoring and fraud investigations, assist with controls testing and enhanced due diligence, and contribute to project/PMO activities. Training on transaction monitoring will be provided.

  • Analyze and validate data across multiple systems to support AML/transaction monitoring workflows
  • Assist with transaction reviews, fraud investigations, and enhanced due diligence tasks
  • Support controls testing, process validations, and quality assurance activities
  • Assist project teams with planning, tracking deliverables, coordinating meetings, and managing project requests
  • Review reports and deliverables for accuracy, formatting, and regulatory/compliance alignment
  • Help develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and process documentation
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI use cases to improve quality and productivity
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders across locations while meeting defined KPIs and operational targets

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Open to fresh graduates (Train-and-hire model)
  • Experience or coursework in financial services, retail banking, AML/transaction monitoring, controls testing, data validation, or project management is a plus
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret and validate data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a target-driven, high‑performance environment
  • Strong collaboration, organization, adaptability, and multitasking skills
  • Quick learner of business processes, technical concepts, and regulatory requirements

  • Pay rate: $22–$24 per hour
