What You’ll Do

• Support end-to-end supply chain operations by turning data into actionable insights across inventory, demand, and logistics.
• Analyze data across the supply chain to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Identify performance gaps, engage stakeholders to determine root causes, and lead cross-functional efforts to design and implement solutions.
• Develop and maintain real-time dashboards, data objects, and reports that track key supply chain KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with operations, planning, and commercial teams to align analytics outputs with business needs.
• Communicate complex analyses clearly to stakeholders at all levels to enable data-driven decisions.
• Assist in deploying and improving supply chain analytics tools and platform integrations.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in supply chain analytics or data analysis — experience in Food, CPG, or related industries preferred.
• Strong proficiency with SQL and Excel for data extraction and analysis.
• Practical experience with Python for data processing and analysis.
• Experience building dashboards and visualizations (preferably Power BI).
• Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working across functions.
• Preferred: experience with advanced analytics (predictive modeling / machine learning), Generative AI development, and familiarity with Databricks.
• Preferred: working knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes (planning, inventory, distribution).

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid position based in Franklin, TN with approximately 3 days per week in-person at the local office. Reasonable accommodations will be considered in accordance with applicable law.
