Data Analyst

What You’ll Do
- Support laboratory operations by collecting, validating, and analyzing operational data.
- Produce clear reports and summaries that help lab teams track performance and identify issues.
- Clean, transform, and maintain datasets used for operational metrics and decision-making.
- Partner with onsite laboratory staff and cross-functional teams to clarify data needs and deliver insights.
- Maintain data quality standards and document processes for reproducibility.
Who You Are / Qualifications
- Proven experience working with data in an operational environment (laboratory experience a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numerical and tabular data.
- Effective communicator who can turn data into clear, actionable information for non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working onsite in Foster City, CA and following laboratory safety and access procedures.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing operational priorities.
Location & Schedule
- Work location: Onsite — Foster City, CA (authoritative job location).
- Schedule: Onsite hours as required by laboratory operations. (Shift details will be confirmed during the interview process.)
Compensation & Employment Type
- Pay: $40.00 per hour.
- Employment type: Contractor (hourly).
- This posting provides a disclosed hourly rate consistent with applicable pay-transparency requirements for California.
