What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is looking for a hands-on Data Analyst to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence strategy and operations. This role blends SQL and Python-based analysis, statistical methods, and practical ML/AI approaches to support business stakeholders.

  • Extract, clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources (databases, flat files, APIs).
  • Write efficient SQL to retrieve and aggregate large datasets.
  • Build Python-based analysis workflows for exploration, modeling, and reporting.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis (univariate, bivariate, multivariate) and surface actionable findings.
  • Apply statistical methods and predictive modeling (regression, classification, clustering).
  • Use AI/LLM tools and ML techniques to accelerate analysis and generate insights.
  • Investigate anomalies, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Translate technical results into concise presentations and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Partner with business owners to define metrics, KPIs, and data-driven strategies.

What We’re Looking For (Required)

To be considered, candidates should meet the core requirements below.

  • U.S. Citizenship required; role requires eligibility for a U.S. security clearance (Secret clearance or ability to obtain one).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field — or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong Python experience for data analysis and automation (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn or similar).
  • Advanced SQL skills with a history of querying and optimizing relational databases.
  • Experience preparing and cleaning data for analysis.
  • Solid foundation in statistics and data analysis methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of machine learning concepts (regression, classification, clustering, decision trees, supervised/unsupervised learning).
  • Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI tools applied to analytics.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; able to present complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
  • Self-starter who can prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Version control experience (Git).
  • Past experience in BI, analytics, or AI-driven decision-support environments.

Work Arrangement & Compensation

  • Hybrid role: approximately 50% onsite in Fort Worth, TX and 50% remote. Candidates must be within commutable distance of the Fort Worth office.
  • Pay range (posted): $92,300 — $166,850 per year. This range is a guideline and final compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, and internal alignment.
  • Employment type: Full-time.
