Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level Data Analyst to join a team that turns data into decisions. In this role you will work with cross-functional teams to prepare, analyze, and visualize data that informs business strategy and client solutions. This is an in-office position in Dallas, TX requiring 5 days per week on-site or at client locations.

What You’ll Do
- Develop a strong understanding of the client’s industry, organization, customers, and business objectives.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and teammates by asking thoughtful questions and clarifying business needs.
- Translate business questions into analytical approaches and deliverables (reports, dashboards, visualizations).
- Collect, clean, validate, and prepare data for analysis.
- Apply foundational analytical techniques to identify trends, compare results, and draw conclusions.
- Create clear data visualizations and tell data-driven stories for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Use modern and AI-enabled tools to support data exploration, analysis, and insight generation.
- Follow responsible AI practices — consider privacy, security, data quality, transparency, and human oversight.
- Support testing, documentation, and continuous improvement activities across the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis without employer sponsorship. Certain positions may require U.S. citizenship and/or the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
- Curiosity, professionalism, and a strong desire for continuous learning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Foundational knowledge of data analysis concepts: data preparation, exploration, visualization, and interpretation.
- Exposure to tools and languages such as SQL, Power BI or Tableau, and/or Python or R (coursework, internships, projects, or self-study).
- Interest in learning and responsibly applying AI-enabled analytics and modern data technologies.
Compensation & location
- Estimated salary range: $52,200 - $95,700 per year (reasonable estimate provided by Confidential Client).
- Employment type: Full-time, permanent.
- Location: Dallas, TX — on-site 5 days per week or at client site as required.
- All offers are contingent on successful completion of background checks where applicable. Some roles or client assignments may require additional checks (including credit checks) or security clearances.
