Data Analyst
The Data Analyst at Confidential Client is responsible for designing and implementing data and text mining processes to analyze diverse data sets, enabling informed business decisions. This role applies statistical and quantitative techniques to extract insights from structured and unstructured data, leveraging emerging technologies to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to management. The position requires collaboration and communication skills and operates in a hybrid work environment in Collierville, TN.

What You’ll Do
Under general supervision, you will design and implement processes and solutions for data and text mining, perform statistical analysis on structured and unstructured data, and deliver actionable insights that support business decisions.
- Design and implement processes and solutions for data/text mining and analysis
- Apply statistical and quantitative techniques to understand key business problems
- Integrate data from multiple disparate sources to produce reliable analyses
- Use current and emerging analytics technologies to evaluate trends and build recommendations for management
- Communicate findings clearly to cross-functional partners and stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement of analytics methods and data pipelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics, finance, or a related quantitative discipline — related experience may offset degree requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in measurement & analysis, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development, predictive analytics, or similar roles
- Proficient with analytics software and applications
- Strong data analysis and statistical skills
- Foundational problem solving and insight-generation abilities
- Good interpersonal, collaboration, written, and oral communication skills
Preferred
- This role is hybrid based in Collierville, TN. Candidates must live within a 50-mile radius of Collierville.
- Relocation assistance may be available based on business need.
Compensation & Schedule
- Employment type: Full-time
- Pay transparency (as listed by the client): $5,662.22 - $9,342.75
