What You’ll Do

• Evaluate LLM / AI model outputs in Chinese for accuracy, relevance, tone, and policy compliance.
• Annotate, label, and rate text-based responses according to detailed guidelines.
• Provide structured feedback on edge cases, errors, and ambiguous outputs to improve model quality.
• Meet productivity and quality targets while following data-security and confidentiality procedures.
• Use web-based annotation and tracking tools; report issues or inconsistencies to the project lead.

What We're Looking For

• Native or fluent Chinese (reading and writing) — strong understanding of nuance and regional language variants.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to apply written guidelines consistently.
• Comfortable using web tools, spreadsheets, and simple annotation platforms; quick to learn new systems.
• Reliable, self-directed work style with clear written English communication for reporting and feedback.
• Prior experience in data annotation, QA for language models, or similar work is a plus but not required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation & Commitment

• Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $20.00/hr (hourly, contractor). Your actual pay will be based on skills and experience.
• Role type: Short-term contractor assignment (terms and exact duration set by our client).
• Schedule: Remote; hours and scheduling may be project-dependent.
