What You’ll Do

This Confidential Client is hiring a Data Analyst to design, build, and maintain analytics solutions that drive business decisions. You will translate business questions into reliable data models and reports, collaborating closely with leadership and engineering teams.

• Design and deliver scalable data sets and analytics solutions to support business decision-making
• Partner with leadership to develop reporting dashboards and data models that ensure consistent, reliable analysis
• Build and maintain reporting layers and integrations within custom enterprise systems alongside technical teams
• Document data processes, ETL logic, and analytics requirements to maintain reporting accuracy and reproducibility
• Troubleshoot data quality issues and propose long-term fixes to improve data integrity

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience building analytics solutions using industry-standard business intelligence tools
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases
• Practical experience with Python for data manipulation and analysis
• Experience with data modeling, ETL concepts, and performance tuning
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; able to translate business needs into technical specifications
