What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Data Analyst in Charlotte, NC to help turn data into actionable insight for business stakeholders. In this role you will:

• Support reporting and data-cleaning efforts to ensure data quality and consistency
• Produce regular dashboards and ad-hoc reports to answer stakeholder questions
• Assist with data extraction, transformation, and basic analysis to surface trends
• Communicate results clearly to non-technical partners through charts and written summaries
• Help maintain documentation, data definitions, and reporting schedules

Who You Are / Qualifications

Required

• 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or academic projects count)
• Strong analytical aptitude and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets to manipulate and summarize data
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with cross-functional teams
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred (nice-to-have)

• Experience with SQL for querying relational databases
• Familiarity with a visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) or scripting in Python/R
• Coursework or hands-on experience in statistics, data analysis, or similar
