What You’ll Do
The Confidential Client is hiring a Customer Master Data Analyst to maintain and improve customer master records and data quality across business systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Maintain, review, and update customer master data to ensure accuracy and completeness across CRM and ERP systems.
- Perform regular data audits, cleansing, corrections, and record management using data management tools and processes.
- Monitor data quality metrics, identify discrepancies, and implement fixes and preventative measures.
- Support customer data processes across CRM, ERP, and other business platforms.
- Partner with Customer Service, IT, and Data Analytics teams to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies, privacy regulations, and internal procedures.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve overall data management processes.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have experience maintaining customer master data and working with data management tools:
- Previous experience in Master Data Management (MDM), customer data administration, or data operations.
- Experience with Informatica Customer 360 preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Location: Brea, CA (on-site or as specified by the Confidential Client)
Compensation: $26.00–$28.00 per hour (hourly range provided in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws)
