Data Analyst
The Data Analyst at Confidential Client is responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights that support business decisions. This role involves building reports and dashboards, identifying trends, and communicating findings clearly to both technical and non-technical teams, with a focus on improving data accessibility and accuracy.

What You’ll Do
- Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources to support operational and business decisions.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and recurring performance updates using visualization tools.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and surface trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners to translate questions into data requests and deliver actionable answers.
- Translate complex analyses into clear, non-technical insights and practical recommendations.
- Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders to inform priorities and next steps.
- Help maintain data quality by identifying inconsistencies or gaps and recommending fixes.
- Suggest and implement improvements to reporting processes to make data more accessible and useful.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a data analyst, business analyst, reporting, or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets for analysis and ad-hoc reporting.
- Experience writing SQL and working with relational databases.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate, reproducible results.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to explain findings without jargon.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
- Practical orientation — you focus on conclusions that lead to action.
