Data Analyst - Confidential Client Data Services
The Data Analyst at Confidential Client is responsible for managing and supporting data tools and analytics products to drive adoption and continuous improvement. This role combines data analysis, project coordination, and product management to align business needs with technical development, ensuring high-quality data solutions and effective stakeholder engagement within a construction and engineering context.

Responsibilities
- Manage and support major data initiatives and analytics products for your assigned domain.
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to drive adoption, usability, and continuous improvement of data tools.
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, backlog items, and rollout plans.
- Use SQL, Python, or Snowflake to validate data, investigate issues, and monitor product performance.
- Coordinate releases, assist with testing and validation, and support hypercare after launch.
- Produce user-facing resources: release notes, how-to guides, short walkthrough videos, and training sessions.
- Build and maintain analytics, KPIs, and dashboards that guide operational decisions and product evolution.
- Track rollout milestones, communicate progress/risks, and recommend re-engagement or retraining where needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Working knowledge of SQL and at least one of: Python, Snowflake, Power BI, or Sigma Computing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an ability to work effectively on concurrent projects.
- Experience or interest in supporting digital tool adoption and user enablement.
- Familiarity with construction or engineering workflows is a plus but not required.
Preferred / Nice-to-have
- Prior exposure to data product support, analytics enablement, or product coordination.
- Experience building adoption materials and delivering training to broad user groups.
- Familiarity with monitoring product usage and instrumenting metrics for adoption and performance.
Location & Work Environment
- This is an on-site, corporate office role based in Benson, NE. Regular, reliable attendance during normal operating hours is required.
- The role sits at the intersection of data, technology, and business operations and will partner closely with domain leadership and engineering teams.
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated base (as reported): $65,183 per year (estimated).
