What You’ll Do
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that support business decisions.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards and visualizations (Power BI / Tableau) for stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into repeatable, data-driven solutions and queries.
- Perform data quality checks, investigate anomalies, and recommend corrective actions.
- Produce recurring and ad-hoc reports to support operations, finance, and product teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, technology, operations) to scope analytics work.
- Present clear, actionable findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Basic to intermediate SQL skills — able to write and optimize queries for reporting.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning).
- Experience building dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with Python (pandas, numpy) or other analytical tools is a plus.
- Solid understanding of data analysis and reporting concepts, data modeling, and ETL basics.
- Strong analytical thinking, verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in an onsite or hybrid team environment.
Nice to Have
- Portfolio of academic or professional projects showing data visualizations and dashboards.
- Experience with data warehousing, Snowflake/Redshift, or BI governance.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis or A/B testing concepts.

Compensation (Estimated) & Benefits
- Estimated base pay: $45,966 per year (estimated).
