What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Data & AI Solutions Analyst to help design, build, and deploy data-driven AI solutions. You will work at the intersection of AI engineering, data infrastructure, and forward deployment—moving projects from insight to operationalized intelligence.

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows that feed analytics and AI models
  • Implement and prototype agentic workflows and generative AI proof-of-concepts that automate decision-making and tasks
  • Develop model deployment and MLOps patterns (CI/CD, monitoring, and governance) for production-grade systems
  • Collaborate directly with client stakeholders in forward-deployed settings to translate business problems into technical solutions
  • Create visualizations, dashboards, and analysis to drive business decisions and validate model performance
  • Contribute to solution architecture, documentation, and implementation plans with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university expected to graduate by Spring/Summer 2027, or completed bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Data Analytics, MIS, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • Experience or coursework with data processing and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Informatica) and familiarity with analytics, visualization, or big data platforms (e.g., Tableau, Hadoop, Spark, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently and in teams
  • Willingness and ability to learn new tools, frameworks, and emerging technologies quickly
  • Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on client needs
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
  • Must be at least 18 years of age at time of employment
  • Must reside within a commutable distance of the assigned office and be able to commute daily if required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher
  • Internship or relevant professional experience in analytics, data science, AI, or software engineering
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, vector databases, or generative AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Cohere)
  • Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD, and model deployment strategies (TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLflow, etc.)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data engineering tools (Spark, Hadoop, Airflow)
  • Demonstrated leadership in campus organizations, open-source projects, startups, or volunteer initiatives

Compensation & Location

  • Location: Costa Mesa, CA — this role requires being within a commutable distance of the assigned office and may include forward-deployed, client-facing work.
  • Estimated compensation: $100,000 — $129,053 per year (based on disclosed estimates in the source posting). Final pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and other factors.
  • This role is a full-time position. Travel up to 50% may be required.
