What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring entry-level candidates graduating in 2027 into Data, Analytics & AI Engineering roles. Depending on your placement, you may work as a Data Engineer, AI Engineer, or Data Asset Manager. In all roles you will apply data and analytics to solve real business problems and help the organization make data-driven decisions.

• Design, build, and maintain cloud-based data platforms and scalable data pipelines.
• Develop, cleanse, transform, and publish datasets that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Build and deploy proof-of-concept AI/ML solutions; evaluate emerging models and technologies.
• Develop feature engineering, ETL/ELT, and data quality assurance processes.
• Participate in and influence data governance, metadata management, and data security practices.
• Communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical partners.
• Contribute reusable code, libraries, and automation to shared repositories and adhere to coding standards and best practices.

Qualifications

You should be graduating in Spring or Summer 2027 with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, Applied Math, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience or coursework with programming languages such as Python, SQL, or R (willingness to learn new languages).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Understanding of core data management practices and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Eligible to work for the employer without immigration sponsorship (see Additional Details).

Preferred

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
• Exposure to data governance, master/reference data, or metadata management.
• History of solving complex problems with practical, innovative solutions.
• Relevant internships, projects, or coursework in data analysis, data engineering, or AI.

Compensation & Location

• Job type: Full time, Entry Level
• Location: Cincinnati, OH (Cincinnati General Offices) — candidates should be open to relocation and mobility during their career development.
• Salary range (posted): $85,000 — $122,200 per year. Total rewards may include salary, bonus (if applicable), and benefits.
