What You’ll Do
Confidential Client’s Digital Assurance & Transparency (DAT) team is hiring an entry-level Associate to support assurance engagements that improve financial reporting, controls, and decision making. In this role you will:
- Support client engagements by applying auditing methodologies and IT controls
- Develop process assurance and risk-identification skills to strengthen client outcomes
- Use AI platforms and data tools to streamline audit workflows and improve insights
- Help evaluate internal controls and contribute to IT governance frameworks
- Work with cross-functional teams to uphold compliance and regulatory standards
- Assist in identifying and mitigating operational and reporting risks
- Communicate findings clearly and listen actively to client needs
- Apply intellectual curiosity to explore and recommend innovative solutions
Qualifications (What You Must Have)
- Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer & Information Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
- Before starting full-time, meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment or meet the educational requirements for CISA licensure
- Entry-level / client service associate candidates will have completed or be completing their final academic year
Preferred (What Sets You Apart)
- Prefer overall GPA of 3.5 or higher
- Experience or interest in applying AI, analytics, or automation to assurance processes
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Familiarity with auditing methodologies, IT governance, or internal controls
- Strong teamwork, active listening, and client service skills
- Ability to identify risk and contribute to compliance efforts
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $53,500 - $104,000 (actual pay depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and location)
- Eligible for discretionary annual bonus

- Travel requirement: up to 20%
- This is a full-time, entry-level position
