What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is seeking Internal Audit and Financial Advisory Consultants to join their team in Dallas. In this role you will:
- Work on internal audit and financial advisory projects across business process and technology-focused engagements.
- Assess risks, analyze data, document observations, and communicate actionable insights to clients and project teams.
- Use AI-enabled analysis, data interrogation, and audit methodologies to support client objectives.
- Support testing of controls, regulatory compliance, and recommendations to improve process efficiency and governance.
- Assist on technology audits involving cybersecurity, data governance, cloud, software development, and technology resilience.
- Prepare client deliverables, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and participate in client and internal meetings.
- Learn through structured onboarding and training programs, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Demonstrated proficiency applying AI tools to analytical and research tasks (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GenAI).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to apply critical thinking, creativity, and analytical problem-solving across engagements.
- Technical proficiency aligned to the assigned capability area (business process audit or technology audit).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Interest or entry-level experience with analytics and automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, MS Power Platform, Python).
- Entry-level familiarity with software development practices is a plus.

How We Work
- Confidential Client operates a hybrid work model combining in-person and remote work to support client outcomes, team effectiveness, and professional development.
- Work may include time in a local office and on client sites; some local or out-of-state travel may be required depending on engagements.
- Note: Confidential Client is not registered to hire or employ personnel in West Virginia or Alaska.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $72,000 — $89,000 per year (placement depends on experience, skills, and geographic work location).
- Estimated annual bonus target: $2,000.
- Estimated total cash range (base + bonus): $72,000 — $89,000.

- Specific benefits and plan documents govern eligibility and plan administration.
