Role Overview
Confidential Client seeks motivated candidates for a Cybersecurity Job Training Program in Norfolk Downs, MA. This is an intensive, classroom + internship program (typically up to one year) that combines technical and professional training with hands-on internship placements at leading employers in the Greater Boston area. The program is designed for individuals who are ready to launch an entry-level career in IT support, network security, or related roles.
What You’ll Learn
- Core IT support fundamentals and troubleshooting
- Network security fundamentals and defensive practices
- Professional skills: communication, interviewing, resume building, and workplace expectations
- Introductory topics in banking, financial operations, project management, and customer success as they relate to tech roles
- Practical experience through a paid internship placement
- Ongoing career coaching and job-placement assistance
Program Details
- Duration: Up to one year (classroom training followed by internship)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday classroom and internship availability required
- Location: Norfolk Downs, MA
- Internship stipend during the internship phase: $525 per week (educational stipend)
- Estimated annual equivalent compensation (for benchmarking): $57,806 per year (estimated)

- High school diploma or GED recipient
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Available Monday–Friday for the program duration
- Motivated to learn technical and professional skills
- Have NOT obtained a bachelor’s degree
