Confidential Client runs a one-year (or less) intensive job training program that prepares early-career adults for roles in customer experience and related career paths. The program combines classroom instruction, professional skills development, hands-on internships, and career placement support designed to move candidates into paid roles after program completion.
What You’ll Do
This training pathway focuses on customer experience and related business fundamentals. Typical activities include:
- Learn product/service knowledge and customer-centric best practices
- Receive technical and professional training relevant to customer success and banking support
- Participate in internship placements with leading regional employers (paid stipends during internship)
- Get coaching on interviewing, resume building, networking, and workplace communication
- Complete projects and simulations that mirror real workplace responsibilities
Who You Are

- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday–Friday for the program duration
